Written By anfaku01 on Saturday, July 9, 2011 | 4:02 PM

Although many of us grew up in a world where most technology is wired to a wall, mobile technology quickly and dramatically changed our home and corporate environments. One article, which stresses the importance of this evolution is a press release from Leap Frog-educational toy company, based out of California under the name "Leapfrog Unveils" baby BlackBerry for toddlers ". Such events remind us of the importance of adaptation when the inevitable development of technology. If globalization continued to demand a more integrated world economy, the value of real-time speech can only continue to grow and subsequently facilitate the rapid expansion of mobile technologies.

Business cannot afford to ignore this explosive growth or resist mainstream mobility into their daily activities. If the children are now being introduced to smartphones in three years of age, one can only imagine that future generations will be expected from the perspective of the business tools needed to run the job. Whether we like it or not, the mobile business solutions are important and strategic corporate assets in the management of staff. Thus HR departments are already promoting the mobility of thought leadership within their organizations.

To build on this question in a survey of 230 organizations conducted last year by a group of Aberdeen-information technology service Advisory-53% of respondents said that they use the mobile workforce management functions. It makes sense that this area has become the main candidate in the light of the various internal and external scenarios where mobile solutions can improve efficiency, and customer service. For example, the provision of schedule information to staff on the phone or the Internet in real time, with staff log in anywhere to ensure planning preferences remotely tracking attendance field workers in real time, or to find replacement workers through automated broadcasting.

Why organizations are moving more human capital processes for mobile solutions? Although there are a variety of responses, the survey showed that the top leadership to adopt mobile tools for changing needs and expectations of several generations in the workforce. As we noted at the beginning of this article, as the younger generation in the workforce, more and more workers are expected to use mobile devices as tools for interacting with their employer and facilitate work. Therefore it should come as no surprise that the survey also noted improving employee engagement and productivity benefits of making the workforce management solution for mobile. If staff members able and willing to interact with the company through mobile devices such as cell phones, smart phones, home computers or pills, it only makes sense to attract and encourage this behavior.

Mobile solutions in the planning process and time and attendance offer increased time and cost effectiveness as managers are able to more quickly and effectively respond to problems and staff deployed in the most economical way. More importantly, mobility solutions to promote a higher level of participation, empowerment of staff into everyday business operations: the increasingly vital goal for organizations looking to attract and retain the best talents of today and tomorrow.
